VPN52 follows a no-logs policy; see the Privacy Policy for details. Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Keep your account details secure, and don’t post subscription links publicly or share them in public documents.

  1. Check your order details

    Sign in to the panel with your username and password, open the plans section, and check the billing option, data allowance and price. Monthly plans and data packs work differently, so verify the plan name before proceeding. If you’re upgrading, check the changes shown in the panel.

  2. Pay as instructed

    Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT, then follow the instructions on the order page. Don’t rely on an old order screenshot to confirm this payment, and don’t pay using payment details from another source without verifying the order.

  3. Return to the panel to check the status

    After paying, check your order and plan details, then get the client and subscription. If payment is complete but the status is still pending, keep your order details and contact support through a ticket. Don’t pay again or include your password or full subscription link in your message.

How many devices can I use with one plan?
There’s no device limit. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Keep an eye on your remaining data when using multiple devices: unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data.
What is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
14-day no-questions-asked refunds. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the ticket system, including the relevant order details for verification. See the Terms of Service for full details, and check your ticket for updates.
Which payment methods are supported?
Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel and verify the order before following the on-screen payment instructions. After paying, return to the panel to check your order and plan status. Don’t pay again just because the page hasn’t updated yet.
When does monthly plan data reset, and how are upgrades calculated?
Monthly data resets on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the updated plan details in the user panel before upgrading; an upgrade doesn’t add a full new billing cycle.
Do data packs expire or need to be reset regularly?
Data packs last until used and never expire. They don’t reset monthly, making them a good fit for occasional or irregular use. “Never expires” refers to the validity period; it doesn’t mean unlimited data.
