Connections, privacy, and terms of use
Cross-border access,
routes for every use case
Start with the region where your target service is available, then consider route type and your typical data use when choosing a billing option. VPN52 brings apps, international routes, and plans together so you can review connection settings and pricing in one place.
What to know before you start
14-day refunds
Create an account with a username and password—no email address needed. See the Terms of Service for refund rules and service limitations.
Choose between direct, relay, and IEPL routes
Peak-hour performance depends on your local connection, international links, and the destination website—not just how close a route is geographically. VPN52 offers different route types, so you can compare page response, file transfers, and video startup in the same scenario. If congestion occurs, keep the destination unchanged and switch routes first; changing several settings at once makes it harder to identify the cause. For long work sessions, pay attention to performance over time, not only the initial connection. Results vary with your network.
Review the privacy policy before configuring your app
VPN52's privacy commitment is to keep no activity logs. Read the Privacy Policy to understand how account details, order processing, and service-use information are handled; this commitment does not mean that no information is transmitted during network activity. Keep the destination website's own account and privacy settings in mind. Treat subscription links as private connection credentials: don't post them publicly or share them with unfamiliar tools. When reporting a connection issue, describe what happened and your app environment. Hide passwords and subscription details in screenshots.
Five-platform support for work and personal devices
Apps are available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no limit on simultaneous devices. Import your subscription on your work computer, mobile devices, and other personal devices without juggling device slots. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so consider total usage across your devices when choosing a plan. Get the apps from the user panel; sign in to download on all platforms except iOS. For iOS, your plan must be active in the panel. Authorization prompts vary by operating system—follow the guide for your device.
Separate connection issues from account requirements
Your experience with ChatGPT, Cursor, and similar tools depends on the connection as well as each service's supported regions, account status, and usage rules. VPN52 offers international routes you can use to group AI tools and other sites separately. If a page loads but a request fails, check the tool's status, your sign-in, and the app's routing rules before trying another region. A network plan does not include memberships or usage credits for these tools, and does not replace their account requirements. For regular use, choose an appropriate exit region and routing setup.
Check the library, account, and route together
Whether streaming works depends on more than the route's region. Libraries vary by location and licensing, and platforms can change how they identify exit routes, so playback is not guaranteed on every route. Test the library, startup, and uninterrupted playback on the actual viewing page before keeping a route as a favorite. If the site loads but video keeps buffering, check your local Wi-Fi, background downloads, and current route separately. High-resolution video can use substantial data over time, so choose a plan based on your viewing habits rather than how quickly a page opens.
Review connection performance and billing terms
VPN52 offers 14-day refunds; see the Terms of Service for the complete claim requirements. When evaluating the service, test everyday tasks on your usual network, including browsing, work tools, and video playback, and check whether the data allowance fits your habits. If something goes wrong, submit a ticket through the user panel with your platform, route region, and the step where the issue occurs. This helps distinguish app settings from network issues. Plan prices, reset schedules, and refund terms are listed separately, so you can review them before choosing.
